I want to to know wheather Visual GSM can be configured to recieve sms from phone memory instead of sim memory?

What phone brand are you using?
I'm afraid that this may not possible because the phone memory cannot be accessed directly from the USB or serial port from any SMS gateway software. What you can do is the configure the phone to use SIM card memory - or if the phone memory is not large, fill it up with SMSes so that new SMSes will be stored in the SIM card - from which VisualGSM can access.
